There are some turning points in everyone's life that change their lives.  Ayurveda was also changing my life.  I did not choose Ayurveda with my mind but still I fell in love with it.  I would like to tell you that Ayurveda has changed my life and I would like to tell you the importance of Ayurveda.  Itwill probably change Ayurveda in your life as well.  So keep checking my blog every day.



प्रत्येकाच्या आयुष्यात काही अशी वळण  येतात जी त्यांच आयुष्य बदलून टाकतात. माझेही आयुष्य बदलत होते ते आयुर्वेदाने. मी माझ्या मनाने आयुर्वेद निवडला नव्हता पण तरीही मी त्याच्या प्रेमात पडले. आयुर्वेदाने माझे आयुष्य बदलून टाकले ते मला तुम्हाला सांगायला आवडेल, आयुर्वेदाचे महत्त्व सांगयला आवडेल. त्याने कदाचित आयुर्वेद तुमच्या आयुष्यातही आयुर्वेद बदल घडवून आणेल. त्यामुळे माझे blog  रोज पाहत जा.

According to Ayurveda, immunity depends on many factors.  A person is born in which  place.  If he was born in a good place, then his immunity is good from birth.  The atmosphere in India is good.  So the immunity of the people here is good.  Apart from that, immunity also depends on time.  Considering the seasons, immunity is good in winter (Hemant Ritu).
