Diabetes- general causes in ayurved
Let us first understand the causes of diabetes. In Ayurveda, the main reason for explaining the cause of diabetes is asana. Here the astana means to sit. People who like to sit are more likely to have diabetes. In this it is said that people who have pleaser to sit rather than walk; they have more pleasure in lying down than walk and they have more pleasure in sleeping than ly down. This means that people with diabetes should not be sit still for long periods of time. They should rotate for 2 min after one hour. It improves their metabolic process. If they are going for a walk in the morning or evening, they should walk for 2 minutes per hour along with it.
बसून राहिल्याने मेदाचे प्रमाण वाढते व काम न केल्याने त्याचा उपयोग ही होत नाही. त्यामुळे जे जास्त प्रमाणात fat तयार होते ते Liver मध्ये जाऊन साठते. जेव्हा जेवायला उशीर होतो तेव्हा शरीरातील carbohydrate संपतात. त्यामुळे Liver Fat चे Conversion carbohydate मध्ये करते. अशाने शरीरातील carbohydrate वाढतात. बसुन राहिल्याने सुस्ती येते व नंतर झोप येते. झोपल्याने परत मेदाचे प्रमाण वाढते. हे चक्र चालूच राहते.
